WHAT SETS
US APART?

In our honest opinion, several recent changes to not only the music industry, but the economy and society as a whole are urging audio education to adapt and adjust for the future. We must take action to make mentorship more accessible, affordable and modified for current events if students are expected to settle into sustainable careers and produce viable income.

Read on below to see how we're confident in our decision to roll with the times.

DITCH THE COMMUTE
The music industry has drastically changed over the past decade, shifting focus to DAWs and home studios.
Modern education must become more accessible to everyone with the recent changes in tech & communications.
Students are entering our courses at varying skill levels, thus we offer customized curriculums as needed.
A staple to studio training that we maintain is one-on-one work with our senior staff, transfering skills directly.
It takes more than audio chops to succeed these days. We instill project generation, management and more.
We push students to create content high quality enough for a CV, ensuring they're ready to shop themselves.
We setup real sessions to be certain that students gain project experience, whether in person or online.
While big dreams are encouraged, we focus squarely on realistic outcomes to kick-start income.
Our focus on online content eliminates wasted hours sacrificed to commuting for 80-100% of your course load.
Producing release ready recordings is the apex of our curriculum

Our practical final quarter project recordings can take place either in person or remotely. While our student session work at "The Recording Factory" in Toronto is a great environment for those who want to benefit from a large format studio experience, we can also produce great final project productions remotely from the comfort of student's homes.

In-person group workshops, individual projects and even remotely guided productions can all take place at "The Recording Factory" for slightly higher fees, though students can expect to produce just as high quality of a final product if they choose to produce their final recordings from home.
